This project came about when LifeSTYLED was contacted by a frustrated realtor whose listing had been on the market for quite some time without any offers at the height of the real estate boom.

LifeSTYLED performed a room-by-room analysis of the property with recommendations as to how to make the house more inviting, livable, and thus saleable. 

LifeSTYLED also recommended that a limited staging be done to make the house feel warmer and lived in.  Light painting to add color to some of the rooms was also recommended.

Below are the before and after pictures.  We think you will agree that the changes are cost effective, subtle, and warranted.

 The home sold for near full price just three weeks later!  Another LifeSTYLED success story!
