$150 for properties under 2,500 sq ft
$250 for properties above 2,500 sq ft

Walk- through with detailed, exterior overview and interior room by room solutions. The initial fee includes the report which can be used by property owner to carry out suggestions.

We realize that not all property owners will be able to carry out our design suggestions. With this in mind, Lifestyled has put together a variety of packages to assist the property owner in carrying out our design directives if they choose.

We pride ourselves on working with the property owner to come up with the most cost-effective way to utilize existing possessions to best showcase the property before suggesting a monetary investment.

We will work with you to suggest which packages would be most advantageous based on our initial consultation. Lifestyled works with our clients to tailor the package(s) that best fit their budget and outcome aspirations.

A La Carte:

We like choices and hope you do as well. What works best for one client may not for another. Lifestyled is pleased to be able to work with our clients to custom tailor a package that will work best for you.

Open House Pre-prep: A Feast for the Senses!

Lifestyled provides a service that will help the property owner or real estate professional to provide the best atmosphere for an open house. Employing our market-tested methods, we will come in and set the stage for a welcoming and enticing environment to best showcase your home and create a combination of sense-engaging techniques to make your property stand out.

Curb APPEALING:

If you didn't know it yet, curb appeal is what either grabs or repels a client in the first minute they see your property. So emotional is the “first glance” that we have seen potential purchasers leave without going into the property based on a strong negative reaction to the first impression. Since we know it is your goal to grab your potential buyers, we recommend hiring our trained professionals to analyze what will work best and most affordably to "pop" your curb appeal. Curb appeal is often the most affordable and easily fixed challenge. Should our analysis warrant we would be happy to connect you with our Landscape Design Team.

Editing: Less always proves to be ... more.

If warranted, Lifestyled offers this package to help our clients remove items that might be a design challenge and impede the quick sale of the property. The repositioning of existing furniture, decorative items, and artwork is part of this package.

Design Assistance:

Should the client decide to update fixturing, lighting, hardware, window treatments, Lifestyled will be happy to accompany our client and aid in the selection of the most appropriate and effective choices or follow any other investment suggestions outlined in the initial consultation.

Color Do’s:

Experience tells us that properties that are deeply personalized do not appeal to a wide range of buyers. Since mass appeal is the goal, we will work with you to come up with a palette for your property that will appeal to the widest range of potential purchasers.

LifeSTYLING:

Lifestyled offers the option of helping the property owner stage an empty space and will tailor the furniture, artwork and accessories to best showcase the architecture and style of the property. Unlike companies whose primary focus is staging, Lifestyled never uses artificial plants or rental furniture. Our homes look lived in, not staged ... who lives on a stage anyway?
