Lifestyled's Design Director is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University's Architectural History program. Sean Craft studied under noted local architectural historian Robert Winthrop. He completed several internships to include student teaching at Phillips Andover Academy. While student teaching he published his senior thesis on Craftsman Architecture and Grueby Pottery.

Sean Craft's personal achievements have included the rehabilitation of 11 historic homes in Richmond which he personally restored or renovated. Several of these properties set real estate sales records in dollar per square foot transactions when sold and provided the inspiration behind launching Lifestyled.

Since the design directives come from personal hands-on experience, the knowledge base behind Lifestyled design philosophies is derived from real world experience.
